Return Policy
We want every customer to be happy with their purchase, so we offer an easy return and exchange policy for domestic orders. If a product doesn’t meet expectations, a return or exchange can be requested within a set time after delivery. Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify, the item must be unused and in its original condition. The following conditions must be met for eligibility:
- A parcel opening video is mandatory as proof.
- The saree’s fold must remain unchanged and should be returned in its original condition.
- The saree’s tag must not be removed.
- The original invoice or bill is required to process the request.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order. Items must be unused, with tags intact, and returned in their original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will either process an exchange or issue a refund based on the customer’s choice. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
Some items, like intimate wear, customized products, or clearance sale items, cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective or there was a mistake on our end.
