We make returns and exchanges easy for domestic orders. If a product doesn’t meet expectations, a return or exchange can be requested within a set time after delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact. Once we receive and check the returned product, we will either send a replacement or process a refund, based on the customer’s choice. Some items, like intimate wear, customized products, or clearance sale items, cannot be returned or exchanged. Washing

Drying

• Dry in shade to preserve fabric quality and color.
• Avoid direct sunlight as it may cause fading.
• Hang or flat-dry naturally.

Ironing

• Use low to medium heat according to fabric type.
• Steam ironing is recommended.
• Do not iron directly on zari, embroidery, sequins, prints, or embellishments.
• Iron on the reverse side whenever possible.

Storage

• Store in a cool and dry place.
• Fold neatly and preserve in a muslin or cotton cloth.
• Avoid plastic covers as they may trap moisture.
• Refold occasionally to maintain fabric integrity.
• Keep away from perfumes, moisture, sharp accessories, and harsh chemicals.
