We make returns and exchanges easy for domestic orders. If a product doesn’t meet expectations, a return or exchange can be requested within a set time after delivery.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact. Once we receive and check the returned product, we will either send a replacement or process a refund, based on the customer’s choice.
